 | La Cerrella was acquired by the Cianci Family in 2000, with the intention of exploiting the extraordinary “terroir” to begin the production of a world-class wine based on the legendary Aglianico grape. Aglianico has been grown in this fertile soil for millennia, and is currently experiencing an incredible surge of interest, both in Italy and abroad.

| The farm at La Cerrella is a working vineyard, but in addition to the famous “Aglianico” wine grapes, many other fruits and vegetables grow in its fertile soil. Olives, persimmons, black cherries and the Campanian apple, “mele annurche”, among other crops are there for the enjoyment of our guests. Products grown on our farm will be used extensively in the preparation of our recipes, and local products will be the central focus of all our culinary efforts at La Cerrella.
