La Cerrella is the premier enogastronomic travel experience in the world. We offer an opportunity to experience an area known since antiquity for its offerings in an intimate and highly personalized atmosphere that will bring you close to the land, the sea and the people who know them best. Local chefs, growers, enologists and culinary experts will be escorting you through an area that has been blessed with an incredible array of products, representing much of what is known of the foods of Italy, and much of what has yet to be discovered outside this idyllic area. About us
  La Cerrella was acquired by the Cianci Family in 2000, with the intention of exploiting the extraordinary “terroir” to begin the production of a world-class wine based on the legendary Aglianico grape. Aglianico has been grown in this fertile soil for millennia, and is currently experiencing an incredible surge of interest, both in Italy and abroad.

Farm and school

 
The farm at La Cerrella is a working vineyard, but in addition to the famous “Aglianico” wine grapes, many other fruits and vegetables grow in its fertile soil. Olives, persimmons, black cherries and the Campanian apple, “mele annurche”, among other crops are there for the enjoyment of our guests. Products grown on our farm will be used extensively in the preparation of our recipes, and local products will be the central focus of all our culinary efforts at La Cerrella.
